Hey my name is ARA I am a busy mom. I have three teens and I am always trying to make healthy meals for my kids. Kids need to stay healthy, especially when they are teens.
One of my kids’ favorite foods is a Special sauce I make from spinach and basil.
For this you would need:
- a spinach bunch
- evaporated milk
- fresh cheese (queso fresco)
- garlic, 4 cloves
- chicken bullion
Cut the leaves the leaves of the basil throw them in the blender with the spinach. Add the cheese, pecans, milk, salt, pepper, and fresh garlic. Blend everything till it turns into a creamy sauce. Heat it up put over spaghetti, or your favorite dish and enjoy.
